Michael and Rachael's Wedding

Last month, Ryan's Uncle Michael got married.  The wedding was right down the road in Lynchburg, VA.  It was so much fun to get together with family to celebrate such a happy occasion.

This was Ryan's first time staying in a hotel, which was an adventure for all of us.  We did enjoy the pool though!

It was a busy day, so Ryan took a nap in the middle of the reception.  Literally in the "middle" of the reception hall.

On the Move

In the last month, Ryan has really started to move!  At first he was crawling backwards, just like his Mommy did as a baby.  When he finally learned to crawl forwards- there was no stopping him.  Now he's pulling up on everything, and we are just trying to keep up.  Here are some fun pictures from around the house.

Unfortunately, at our house, there is a set of stairs right in the middle of the main living area.  This has given us a child-proofing challenge.  Poor Duke- he misses the good old days!

Mother's Day

Last month, Ryan and Daddy helped Mommy celebrate her first Mother's Day.  Here are some pictures from our trip to a local winery.  We had such a fun day in the sun!
